Deputy Director Channel Contract Performance
Your tasks and responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role, Deputy
Director Channel Contract Performance, are
to:
+ Manage channel operations and processes
in direct collaboration with the customer and internal Bayer
stakeholders;
+ Interface directly with Specialty
Pharmacy and Trade customers on resolving any operational and
performance issues (i.e., data requirements, reporting needs,
contract deficiencies, etc.);
+ Monitor network performance and
customer adherence to contract data and operational
requirements;
+ Monitor and evaluate trends in customer
performance (i.e, DOT, TTF, conversion, inventory levels etc.) and
flag potential discrepancies and
issues;
+ Collaborate with Business Insights and
Commercial Analytics to ensure that customer data is collected,
stored into Bayer internal systems (MDM, ABBI, Cyrus, global data
lake, etc.) and reported timely and
accurately;
+ Collaborate with internal functions
(Business Insights, Commercial Analytics, Commercial Excellence,
etc.) to define and pull-through business requirements for any
front-end reporting tool that will be used internally and
externally (i.e. Verix, Tableau,
etc.);
+ In collaboration with the account teams
(SP and Trade), optimize tools for customer business
reviews;
+ Ensure appropriate follow through is
completed with all stakeholders following any customer meetings and
results communicated to all internal and external
stakeholders;
+ Support in coordinating account
management/customer meetings with pulling together all additional
information required for maximum impact occurring in Bayer SP Trade
customer meetings.
Who you are
Your success will be driven by your demonstration of

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the
following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor s
degree;
+ Strong customer focus and ability to
navigate complex processes and manage through complexity in a
matrix environment;
+ Strong project management skills
required
+ A minimum of 7-10 years of experience
of data quality management and best
practices;
+ A minimum of 5-7 years of experience
working directly with data sources related to the following
business segments supporting these channels & segments:
Distribution (Sales), Payers, Specialty Pharmacy,
Trade;
+ A minimum of 5-7 years of experience
understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of third party
players involved (i.e. HUBs, specialty pharmacies, Labs, Data
Aggregators etc.);
+ Strong understanding of the strengths
and weaknesses of third party players involved (i.e. HUBs,
specialty pharmacies, Labs, Data Aggregators
etc.);
+ Strong knowledge of data quality
management and best practices
+ Ability to work in a team-oriented
environment;
+ Excellent communication skills and
ability to present ideas in a clear and user-friendly
language;
+ Strong attention to detail and
exceptional analytical and problem solving
abilities;
+ Must demonstrate capabilities in
platform services, basic data analysis and quality control, master
data governance and design, reporting and business requirements
gathering;
+ Ability to develop a story board and
create presentations for management/
leadership.
