You will work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-team capacity to manage projects with many moving parts.If you are a creative thinker with exceptional knowledge of digital marketing and analytics, then we invite you to apply to join our growing team and be a part of our next 90 years.ResponsibilitiesBrand building, lead generation, and customer retention using digital and non-digital tacticsEstablish program measurement methodologies and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration)Oversee agency, media spend, and search against performance metrics to optimize resultsSupervise external agency relationship for key channels including website, paid search, natural search/SEO-SEM, affiliates, display advertising (remarketing, programmatic, addressable media, direct-buys etc.), comparison shopping engines, and marketplacesCreate emails and manage lists using email marketing solutions such as Constant Contact and MailchimpThis position requires 10-15% travel to locations across the U.S.QualificationsBachelors degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Market Research, or related area)5+ years of digital marketing and customer success experience with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth (in a client or agency environment)A robust understanding of digital marketing and its best practices with proficiency in WordPress, SEO and SEM tactics, and Social Media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube); working knowledge of HTML is a plusPrevious experience with A/B and Multivariate testingStrong experience in managing agency relationships and Social Media managementWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to make minor edits to photo and video filesWhy Suburban Propane?
