Ideal Candidates: *Have good knife skills. *Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation. *Are able to lift 25 lbs or more. *Prepare and execute key components of dishes. *Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes. *Support their fellow cooks.
